The story of Ulevari Valley Winery traces back generations, rooted in the rich winemaking traditions. What began as a modest vineyard cultivated by ancestors seeking to harness the unique terroir of the valley has flourished into a renowned estate celebrated for its exceptional wines. The winery is located in the quaint Georgian village of Martkopi, just a 40-minute drive from Tbilisi. Ulevari Valley Winery offers a selection of different wine experiences, giving you the opportunity to visit the vineyard, and the cellar, and taste a range of different wines and chacha (a.k.a Georgian grappa).

The wine is produced from Saperavi grape variety, grown in Ulevari Vineyards in the village of Martkopi. The wine has dark ruby color. Characterized with Saperavi grape varietal aromas, floral and fresh fruit tones. Best served at 14-16 °C.

The wine is produced from Rkatsiteli grape variety, harvested in Ulevari Valley Vineyards in Martkopi and Sagarejo. The beverage has a light straw color, charachterised with soft, balanced taste. Light notes of apple and tropical fruits can be distinguished. Best served at 10-12 °C.
